Boring isn’t in my vocabulary

Things have been very busy and hetic since I started college. And not all of it is school related.

I start college on Monday. I admit that I am a little nervous. After all, looking at the brousures, the campus looks huge. But I’m also excited.

When you share a room and your sister never goes to sleep until late.

I had lunch with Simon today. It was good, sort of. The only thing is I couldn’t really tell if he liked me as more than a friend or not. One moment I would be feeling major likes-me vibes, and the next just friendly ones. Maybe I am reading too much into this, but I’d like to know. I guess on;y time will tell.

This morning I watched Phantom of the Opera. It’s a great movie, I always get real caught up in it. I spent most of the day playing with Samantha, my pet gerbil, because no one else seems to play it her. I think one day she might actaully DIE of boredom. After that I watched a DVD about the 70’s, which was pretty cool. I want a pet rock.

Not sure how though.

Most of today I watched episodes of Batman on VeohTV with Thorn, but after that I went to the dog tracks. More of a just to get out of the house thing than any actual desire to gamble. I met a pretty nice guy there. We talked for like 20 minutes and exchanged phone numbers. He seemed cool, unlike others that were not so subtly staring at me cause I was wearing a green half-shirt. Ugh, guys can’t seem to keep thier hormones in check. But this guy seemed cool. I hope I get a chance to see him again. His name is Simon.

I didn’t win any money, but it might turn out I get a better prize.

So, yeah I got into the college I wanted. Now of course is the preparing and waiting part. *Stares at clock* Oohh too many days til I go.
